The Facilities Maintenance Person will be the first line of defense for repairs of a commercial office facility. Mitigate major repairs and reduce cost. To ensure proper compliance with all State, County and all municipal life safety rules and regulations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine commercial office facility repair tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.); Perform general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Responsibilities also include facility inspections to determine functional systems, detecting malfunctions and needed repairs, making notes and recommendations. Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, order parts and maintain inventory.
