  • Position Description

    • Responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions in current and future operations.
    • Generate innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement, customer savings and process efficiencies
    • Transportation analytics development and interpretation
    • Customer facing as well as creating and delivering presentations
    • Project management of customer deliverables
    • Must have great communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple functional groups
    • Should have excellent time management skills to meet tight timelines
    • Experience in Tableau, MicroStrategy or other Business Intelligence tools is preferred.
    • Experience with JDA, Ryder On-line or other TMS systems a plus.   
    • Candidate should be highly proficient in Excel and Access


    • Bachelors degree required in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain or a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
    • Minimum of three years of related experience is required


    • MBA and/or Industrial Engineering Masters Degree preferred
    • Demonstrated proficiency in: MS Office MS Project and/or AutoCAD and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Visio


    • Collects data and performs statistical analysis Maps and documents processes
    • Recommends and implements process improvement
    • Applies company methodologies and tools to design distribution/ transportation operations including staffing, equipment, sizing and layout
    • Supports business development and helps create efficient designs and solutions processes
    • Determines efficient utilization of resources by analyzing layouts, labor force, equipment, driver and equipment utilization charts
