The Logistics Manager position is responsible for the implementation and execution of process management and manages total customer satisfaction in a logistics operation.
As our Logistics Manager you will be immediately responsible interfacing with Operations, Sales Managers, & VP's on carrier teams. You will manage and improve the services we provide to our customers while you develop and implement valuable customer performance measurements, forecasting, managing carrier scorecards and publishing to the carrier base, using the scorecards to manage carrier performance and take corrective action, and develop relationships.
Excel, Access, & Tableau skill set is required.
