  • Position Description

    The Administrative Supervisor - Licensing Department will manage the day-to-day operations and can assist the Field Finance Manager in the increased state reporting requirements. This position would have direct supervision of Sr. Administrative Coordinators in the Licensing Department. These employees are responsible for all titling, licensing, registration and citations. States currently supported are within the SE Region of the US.


    • H.S. diploma/GED
    • Bachelor's degree in in a related field Preferred
    • Two (2) or more years of prior supervisory experience
    • Two (2) or more years of vehicle licensing and regulations experience preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrates customer service skills
    • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
    • Ability to multi-task in a high pace environment supporting Operations, Rental, Sales and Asset Management
    • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
    • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
    • Excellent Word and Excel knowledge and skills (advanced level)


    • Process licensing, titling, and citations for State of GA IRP
    • Supervise a staff processing licensing, titling, citations and registrations
    • Point of contact for escalation items and special projects related to licensing, titling, citations
    • Create reports for Business Analyst, Regional Management and HQ as needed
    • Reconcile monthly accounting activity for this department
    • Performs other duties as assigned
