  • Position Description

    The Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst performs a broad range of corporate accounting functions. The Senior Corporate Accounting Analyst selected for this position will interact with all levels of management, ensure timely and accurate reporting and assist with multiple financial projects and initiatives.


    Big 4 Experience 

    SEC Reporting experience a major plus 




    • Bachelor's degree in business or accounting
    • Master's degree in business or accounting preferred

    Additional Requirements

    • Four (4) years or more of public accounting experience or six (6) years or more of senior level experience in accounting
    • Project management skills; requires an individual who has the ability to lead multiple projects
    • Ability to:
      • Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors) including Sr. Management (CFO, Controller)
      • Work within tight timeframes and meet strict and tight deadlines
      • Work independently and as a member of a team
    • Demonstrated good analytical skills to effectively lead and complete projects
    • Capability to multi-task and highly organized, with excellent time management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility to operate, and self-driven to excel, in a fast-paced environment
    • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
    • Strong computer skills including Excel (advanced level)
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred



    • Prepare consolidated and statutory financial statements
    • Preparation of legal entity and segment consolidation
    • Prepare monthly reporting package shared with Senior Management (CEO, CFO, EVPs, etc.)
    • Prepare ad-hoc financial schedules as requested
    • Assist in the preparation of SEC required public filings (Forms 10Q and 10K)
    • Coordinate with other departments and ensure compliance with scheduled deadlines
    • Assist in preparation of Investor Relations presentations
    • Assist with auditor inquiries regarding consolidation and certain financial statement footnotes
    • Participate in special accounting projects
    • Perform other duties as assigned
