As part of the Ryder IT team, the Data Services Intern will perform a variety of job functions for traditional on premise as well as cloud based environments, including but not limited to, operational and analytical database design, working with structured, semi-structured and/or unstructured data, data profiling/analysis, database, data ingestion, ETL reporting development, testing, documentation, and production environments support including troubleshooting and break fixes. The Scrum Master has the responsibility of leading a mid-size team(s) of Developers, Testers, BA and Technical lead. The Data Services Specialist position provides specialized technical expertise associated with ETL suite of tools within a data warehousing/business intelligence/analytics environment.
As part of the Ryder team, the Data Services Specialist will perform a variety of job functions, including, but not limited to: business requirements analysis, data analysis, development architecture and naming standards, development, testing (unit, system and user testing support), integration, tool performance testing, scalability, design documentation, migration planning, upgrade and implementation planning.
The IT Account Manager will provide account and application support to various Technology and Healthcare accounts. Application support includes both transportation management and distribution management technologies. In addition, this position will provide application and possible system operations support for various high-visibility accounts.

The Change Management Director is accountable for leading change efforts across Ryder's enterprise wide transformation journey, inclusive of IT systems and associated business processes driving the successful adoption of programs. The Change Management Director will support the achievement of strategic goals for the Transformation Office and influence other key business teams across Ryder to deliver consistency in how Ryder manages change. This position owns change management for all transformation initiatives, creating a consistent balance between legacy systems and new processes. The change management director will help drive engagement with business partners to ensure the acceptance of newly developed technologies, including but not limited to defining and implementing a consistent change management methodology, creating & maintaining the training required to ensure adoption of the change methodology while leveraging this methodology to deliver change at all levels of the Ryder organization. Organizational Change Management experience in Workday program delivery is a plus.
The Senior Tech Lead IT.NET provides specialized technical expertise within an assigned business unit/area, usually as a member of a project team, in the analysis, design, and development of business applications. He/She provides technical consulting support on projects or system issues.
The Director Information Delivery & Analytics will provide leadership and specialized expertise associated in the delivery of information for decision making and performance management to all organizational levels within Ryder. He/she will be responsible for leading the design, development and deployment of analytical applications and architecture that support strategic objectives and initiatives.
They will play a lead role in requirements gathering, design and development of Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytical solutions. The incumbent will have responsibility for designing the end-user interface to the appropriate data repository that will be visible to the enterprise, and must, therefore, work closely with other EIM team members and end users to gain a full understanding of their needs. They will drive the organizational change management efforts for end-users’ solutions delivered with the goal of driving end-user adoption and empowerment. He/She will lead the Analytical Data Governance Council. In addition, they will lead innovation efforts to use existing information delivery technologies more effectively and investigate emerging information delivery technologies (on-premise or cloud based) that could benefit the enterprise. Finally, the incumbent will play a lead role in the enablement of users to transform Ryder into a data driven culture. The individual will report to the Group Director of EIM (Enterprise Information Management).
